Kubota L48 + WG28 PRO = ease on white pine

Designed for tractors with an independent 540 RPM PTO shaft in the 35–80 HP range. Independent PTO and ground speeds let the operator dial in the ideal draw speed for smooth, controlled grinding.
Patent-Pending Shock Absorption
A unique shock assembly dampens impact and applies even, consistent pressure through every stump — preventing kickback and delivering smoother, more controlled cuts than any base-model stump grinder.
Go / No-Go Visual Indicator
A built-in visual indicator lets the operator see the angle of the stump grinder from the seat of the tractor, so it's easy to maintain the optimal working range for tractor draw speed.
Heavy-Duty 28" Flywheel
A large 28" (71 cm) solid-steel grinding flywheel with 44 tungsten carbide teeth laid out in a sequential cutting pattern for smooth, powerful cuts through hard and soft wood alike.
Category 1 & 2 Holes and Pins
3-point quick-attach hitch with both Category 1 and Category 2 holes and pins to accommodate a wide range of tractors and horsepower ratings. Cat 1 is quick-hitch compatible.
On-Board Chainsaw Holder
Adjustable nylon slides fit various chainsaw bar widths, giving you a secure place to transport your saw around the property and stow it safely between stumps.

50 stumps in 3 months — the WG28 PRO is a beast
Runs great on my Kubota 4701. Pine, oak, maple — it just chews through them. Easy to assemble even for someone with limited mechanical experience.

Awesome Grinder
Very impressed with the quality of the grinder and my overall experience with Woodland Mills. I run the WG28 PRO on my Kubota 4701 and the grinder is a beast. Easy to put together, even with limited mechanical ability. I've had the tool for three months and have done close to 50 stumps, including pine, oak and maple.

This stump grinder rocks!
I borrowed a neighbor's WG24 to try it out. I thought it was great. Decided to spend the extra and go with the WG28 PRO. Wow! I'm glad I did! Substantially beefier than the little brother. On my 55hp Branson, it handles well. I can tell that I could put a lot more HP to it if I wanted to. It's a game changer.
